【Abstract】 Political leadership skill is a key to the growth of leading cadres. A leading cadre who master political leadership skills can keep in mind the original aspiration and successfully accomplish his mission and really become a backbone needed by the Party and the people,while a leading cadre who lack of political leadership skills will inevitably be dropped behind and even go wrong.
