H形梁-柱弱轴角钢折形腹板连接的抗震性能分析
Seismic Behavior Analysis of Accordion-angle-web Weak Axis Connection of H-shaped Column and Beam
【摘要】 为了研究箱形节点域的H形柱钢框架梁柱弱轴角钢折形腹板连接的抗震性能,参考梁柱强轴连接的削弱参数,共设计了9个等肢角钢折形腹板弱轴连接系列试件和1个传统平腹板弱轴连接试件。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对折形腹板节点在循环荷载作用下的受力性能进行模拟分析,研究了角钢折形腹板节点的破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线及塑性转动能力。研究结果表明,在循环荷载作用下,节点屈服以前,削弱参数对节点的滞回曲线影响不大;节点屈服之后,削弱参数对节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线有一定的影响。研究结果还表明,角钢折形腹板弱轴连接节点的滞回性能、承载力、塑性变形能力均优于传统平腹板弱轴连接节点,滞回环更加稳定饱满,塑性转动能力提高了18.3%,延性系数均大于4.0。满足抗震规范要求,能够达到"强节点,弱构件"的设计理念。
【Abstract】 In order to study the seismic performance of Accordion-Angle-Web weak-axis connection in the H-section column steel frame with box-shaped joint zone,nine finite element models of Accordion-Angle-Web weak-axis connection and a traditional flat web connection as a counterpart were established according to frequently-used major-axis connection parameters.Finite element analyses on those joints are carried out under cyclic load by ABAQUS software.In this paper,the failure mode,the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,and plastic rotation angle of Accordion-Angle-Web weak-axis connections were investigated.The result demonstrated that under cyclic load the angle parameters hardly impacted on the hysteresis curve before the join yield,however,the effects on the hysteresis curves and skeleton curves could not be neglected after the join yield.The results also indicated that the hysteresis behavior,bearing capacity and plastic deformation capacity of Accordion-Angle-Web weak-axis connection were superior to the traditional flat web connection;the hysteresis loops were more stable and full;the plastic rotation capacity had been increased 18.3%;the ductility coefficients were greater than 4.0.The design concepts of "strong joint and weak member" are realized.
