【摘要】 目的调查养老机构护理人员人文关怀行为现状以及老年人对关怀行为的需求状况,从人文关怀角度对养老机构照护模式进行探讨。方法 2018年4-7月,便利抽样法选择郴州市8所养老机构133名护理人员、236名老年人为研究对象,分别采用中文版护士关怀行为量表(caring behaviors inventory,CBI)和养老机构老年人关怀行为评价量表进行问卷调查。结果养老机构护理人员关怀行为条目总均分为(4.39±0.55)分,支持和保证关怀行为最多,而尊重和联系较少;老年人关怀行为需求条目总均分为(3.89±0.38)分,老年人对尊重和情感支持需求高,而对于给予信心和希望需求较低。结论养老机构应将"以护理任务为中心"的照护模式转变为"以老年人为中心"的照护模式,以平衡老年人关怀行为供需不对等的状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of humanistic care behavior of nursing staff and the needs of the elderly residents for caring behaviors in nursing homes,and to discuss the care mode of elderly residents in nursing homes from the perspective of humanistic care.Methods By convenience sampling method,133 nursing staff and 236 elderly residents in 8 nursing homes in Chenzhou city were selected.The Chinese version of Caring Behaviors Inventory(CBI) and the Elderly Residents-Perceived CBI were adopted for investigation.Results The mean items score of care behavior of nursing staff was 4.39±0.55,and the caring behavior of support and assurance had the highest point,respect and connection had the lowest points.The mean item score of caring behaviors needs of elderly residents was 3.89±0.38,and the elderly residents had a high demand for respect and emotional support,but a low demand for giving confidence and hope.Conclusions In order to balance the unequal supply and demand of care for the elderly,nursing homes should change from the previous nursing task-centered care mode to the resident-centered care mode.更多还原
