【摘要】 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童的情绪、行为问题及患儿父母情绪对ADHD儿童的影响,为改善ADHD儿童的情绪和行为问题提供依据。方法便利抽样选择2014年1月至2017年12月在苏北人民医院儿科门诊和临床心理科门诊就诊且符合DSM-5诊断标准的ADHD儿童370例,采用自制问卷、Conner儿童行为问卷、艾森克人格问卷以及ADHD父母评定量表进行调查研究。结果有家族史儿童冲动-多动、多动指数得分明显高于无家族史的儿童,儿童焦虑与母亲情绪稳定性呈极其显著性相关;女生的焦虑水平显著高于男生。儿童多动指数与父亲情绪稳定性呈极其显著性相关;品行、学习问题以及冲动-多动均与多动指数呈现相关(均P<0.05)。结论 ADHD儿童常伴有情绪问题,父母焦虑情绪影响ADHD儿童情绪的稳定性,增加儿童的行为问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the emotional problems of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and the influence of parents’ emotions on them,so as to provide a basis for improving the emotional and behavioral problems of ADHD children.Methods By convenience sampling method,370 children with ADHD who treated in Department of Psychology and Pediatrics from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected.The self-designed questionnaire,Conner Children’s Behavior Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and ADHD Parent Rating Scale were used to conduct the survey.ResultsThe scores of impulse-hyperactivity and hyperactivity index in children with family history were significantly higher than those in children without family history.There was a significant correlation between anxiety of children and emotional stability of mothers.The anxiety level of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.The hyperactivity index of children was significantly correlated with the father’s emotional stability.Behavior,learning problems and impulse-hyperactivity were correlated with hyperactivity index(all P<0.05).Conclusions Children with ADHD have emotional problems,and parents’ anxiety affects the stability of children’s emotions and increases conduct problem of children.更多还原
