基于稳态智能卡尺算法的线径监测系统
Wire Diameter Monitoring System Based on Steady State Smart Caliper Algorithm
【摘要】 根据电缆生产工艺需要,本文提出一种在线的电线电缆线径监测方法,该方法在生产工程中对电缆线径进行实时监测,根据监测到的数值控制挤出机或者牵引机,以便对线径进行控制,从而使生产的电缆线径满足标准要求。系统通过摄像机实时获取电缆图像,采用稳态图像智能卡尺(Stable Image Intelligent Caliper, SIIC)的算法计算电缆直径,并根据测量结果由该系统的变频器控制模块调整电缆生产线机头电机的速度及速度比,形成闭环控制。该在线监测系统具有非接触、精度高、结构简单、成本低廉、适合现场作业需求等特点,应用前景良好。
【Abstract】 According to the need of cable production process, this paper proposes a method for monitoring the diameter of cable online, the method can monitore the diameter of cable in real-time.Using the measurement results to control the extrusion machine or traction machine, the systemachieves the wire diameter control, and makes the cable size meet the required standards. The system acquiresthe image of cable real-time through the camera, based on the algorithm of Steady Image Intelligent Caliper(SIIC)to calculate the diameter of the cable, and using the calculation results of the system to adjust themotor speed, forming the closed-loop control. The on-line monitoring system has the characteristics of non-contact, high precision, simple structure, low cost, suitable for field operation demand, good application prospect.
