矿用单轨吊机车制动液压系统仿真研究
Simulation Research on Braking Hydraulic System of Mine Monorail Locomotive
【摘要】 为了提高柴油机单轨吊机车制动的安全性,改善制动液压系统的性能,在介绍机车制动系统工作原理的基础上,使用AMESim软件对制动液压系统进行建模和仿真分析,分析了具有外置式制动模块的制动系统在解除制动状态、工作制动状态和紧急制动状态下制动缸活塞杆的速度与位移、插装阀上下腔压力的动态性能,以及制动系统中重要液压元件参数对制动缸动作性能的影响。结果表明:制动系统能够在需要的时间内完成紧急制动和工作制动;重要元件参数值的选取为制动缸设计和工作参数的选取提供了依据。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the braking safety of diesel monorail crane locomotive and improve the performance of the braking hydraulic system,on the basis of introducing the working principle of the braking system of diesel monorail crane locomotive, AMESim software was used to model and simulate the braking hydraulic system. The speed and displacement of the piston rod and the dynamic performance of the upper and lower chamber pressure of the plug valve under the condition of release braking, working braking and emergency braking,and the influence of the important hydraulic element parameters on the performance of the brake cylinder was analyzed. The results show that the braking system can complete the emergency braking and working brake in the required time; the selection of the important component parameters provides the basis for the brake cylinder design and operating parameters.
