一种全自动四轴弯管机设计
Design of Automatic Four-axle Pipe Bender
【摘要】 针对实际生产需求,分析全自动四轴弯管机的工作原理,提出基于触控一体机和STM32F407VETx的控制方案,完成了弯管机的机械结构和控制系统设计,编写与调试了系统软件。直观的人机界面给系统维护和调试人员带来了很大的方便,整体弯管效率显著提高。
【Abstract】 According to the actual production demand, the working principle of four axis automatic bender was analyzed, a control scheme based on STM32 F407 VETx and one touch was proposed and the mechanical structure and control system of the bender were designed. The system software was compiled and debugged. The intuitive man-machine interface brings great convenience for system maintenance and commissioning personnel,and the bending efficiency is improved significantly.
