基于ANSYS的变径基圆渐开线涡旋型线的仿真分析
Research of the Scroll Plate with Variable Base Circle Radius Involute Based on ANSYS Analysis
【摘要】 由于气体力的作用,不同型线的涡旋盘均会产生变形,从而影响整机效率。为了研究变径基圆渐开线涡旋盘的变形问题,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对其在气体力作用下的应力分布与变形情况进行分析,通过与圆渐开线型线涡盘的对比,证明变径基圆渐开线型线的应用可有效地改善涡盘的应力与变形量,减少因变形产生的气体泄漏量,从而能够提高膨胀机效率,且结构更加紧凑。
【Abstract】 Due to the role of gas force,scroll plate with different involute profile will be deformed,affecting the efficiency of the machine. In order to study the deformation of the scroll plate with variable radius circle involute profile,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate its stress distribution and deformation state which were compared with those of the scroll with fixed radius circle involute profile under the action of gas force. The analysis shows that the use of the scroll plate with variable radius circle involute profile can effectively reduce the amount of deformation and the leak of the expander,which can improve the efficiency of the expander,and the structure is more compact.
