【Abstract】 It was pointed out on the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that a supervision system featured in comprehensive coverage, authoritative and efficient performance under the unified leadership of the Party shall be established. Which conducts the direction for constructing a supervision system with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The promulgation of the Supervision Law of the People’s Republic of China has strengthened the organic unity of comprehensively deepening reforms, comprehensively governing the country according to law, and comprehensively administering the party strictly, and embodies the dialectical connection between the party and the state’s supervisory system.
