硫化氢对衰老缺血心肌细胞保护作用的研究进展
Protective effect of H2S on the aging ischemic cardiomyocytes
【摘要】 硫化氢(H2S)是近年来发现的第三个内源性气体信使分子,广泛分布于机体各个部位。H2S能减轻衰老缺血心肌细胞的缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤和细胞凋亡,恢复缺血后适应(PC)对I/R损伤的保护作用。其作用机制主要与减轻氧化损伤、上调自噬和维持蛋白稳态有关。
【Abstract】 The hydrogen sulfide( H2S) is a third endogenous gas messenger in recent years and widely exists in the body. H2S reduces the ischemia/reperfusion( I/R) injury and apoptosis and restores the protective effect of ischemic post-conditioning on I/R injury in the aging ischemic cardiomyocytes. Its mechanism is mainly related to the reduction of oxidative damage,up-regulation of autophagy and maintenance of protein homeostasis.
