【摘要】 试验探讨了羊常用粗饲料瘤胃未降解干物质和粗蛋白质的小肠消化特性,旨在为研究反刍动物消化规律和科学配置日粮提供基础数据参数。试验选取4只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和4只装有永久性十二指肠"T"型瘘管的空怀期小尾寒羊,采用移动尼龙袋法测定21种粗饲料瘤胃未降解干物质和粗蛋白质的小肠消化率。结果表明,21种粗饲料的瘤胃未降解干物质和粗蛋白质小肠消化率均存在较大差异;瘤胃未降解粗蛋白质小肠消化率与CP、CF、NDF和ADF均不相关(|r|<0.3);瘤胃未降解干物质小肠消化率与CP不相关(|r|<0.3),但与CF、NDF和ADF呈显著负相关(0.5<|r|<0.8),其中与NDF的相关系数最高(r=-0.783),二者间的回归方程如下:IdgUDM=42.736-0.522NDF(R2=0.613)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study digestion regularity and confect diet formulation accurately of ruminant,four nonpregnant Small Tail Han ewes fitted with permanent rumen fistula and four non-pregnant Small Tail Han ewes with permanent"T"type fistula were used to investigate the small intestinal digestion characteristics of rumen undegradable dry matter and protein of 21 kinds of forage by using the mobile nylon bag method.The results showed,rumen undegraded dry matter and protein digestibility in small intestine of 21 kinds of forage had great differences;rumen undegraded protein digestibility in small intestine was not correlated with CP,CF,NDF and ADF(|r|<0.3);rumen undegraded dry matter digestibility in small intestine was not correlated with CP(|r|<0.3),but negatively correlated with CF,NDF and ADF(0.5<|r|<0.8),and had the highest correlation coefficient with NDF(r=-0.783),the regression equation of IdgUDMwith NDF was as follows:IdgUDM=42.736-0.522 NDF(R2=0.613).更多还原
