船用蒸汽动力装置机炉协调控制技术
Research on coordinated control technology of marine steam power plant
【摘要】 针对原有技术协调控制的响应时间过长,控制不稳定的问题,提出船用蒸汽动力装置机炉协调控制技术研究。按照蒸汽动力装置物理结构,分析机炉能量转换过程,将其分为3部分,完成处理分析,利用流量连续方程,分析锅炉传热原理,优化汽轮机做功方式,计算传递函数,建立机炉协调控制系统模型,利用SIMULINK可视化仿真工具,设计仿真实验。实验结果表明,与原有技术相比,所设计的新型协调控制技术,能够有效缩短响应曲线上升时间,减小曲线变化幅度,有效增强协调控制效果。由此证明所设计的新型协调控制技术优于原有技术。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem of long response time and unstable control of the original coordinated control technology, a study on the coordinated control technology of Marine steam power plant is proposed. Physical structure according to the steam power plant, analyzing machine furnace energy conversion process, it can be divided into three parts, complete processing analysis, using the flow continuity equation, analysis of the boiler heat transfer principle, optimization of steam turbine power, calculating the transfer function, engine and boiler coordinated control system model is set up, using SIMULINK visualization simulation tools, design simulation experiment. The experimental results show that compared with the original technology, the new coordinated control technology can effectively shorten the rise time of the response curve, reduce the range of curve changes, and effectively enhance the coordinated control effect. It is proved that the new coordinated control technology is superior to the original one.
