Labview控制技术在船舶动力系统机械监控中的应用
Application of Labview control technology in mechanical monitoring of marine power system
【摘要】 船舶动力系统含有大量复杂的零部件,由于长期的往复运动,且工作条件恶劣,动力系统的机械结构很容易发生故障。为了保障船舶动力系统的可靠、高效运行,必须要对船舶动力系统的机械运动进行合理的监控。传统的监控系统采用振动分析等技术,信号精度较差,本文结合虚拟仪器技术Labview平台,通过建立船舶动力系统模型和传感器模型等,开发了一种基于Labview的船舶动力系统的监控系统。
【Abstract】 Marine power system contains a large number of complex components. Due to long-term reciprocating motion and poor working conditions, the mechanical structure of power system is prone to failure. In order to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of ship power system, it is necessary to monitor the mechanical movement of ship power system reasonably. The traditional monitoring system uses vibration analysis technology and other technologies, and the signal accuracy is poor. In this paper, a monitoring system of marine power system based on Labview is developed by combining the virtual instrument technology Labview platform and establishing the model of ship power system and sensor.
