【摘要】 基于广东省广州市2017年2164名外来务工人员的问卷调查数据,对来穗务工人员的个人特征、居住特征以及住房保障需求意愿等因素进行Logistics回归分析。发现年龄、月收入、来穗务工年长、留穗计划、住房满意度和住房类型六大因素对其保障意愿影响显著。建议以"租购并举"的住房制度为契机,综合考虑不同类型的外来务工人员住房需求意愿,设计多元化住房保障产品,并规范租赁市场,整治城中村,发展产权式保障房。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the questionnaire survey data of 2164 migrant workers in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province in 2017,the logistic regression analysis was conducted on the basic situation of the migrant workers,their living conditions,and their willingness of housing security. The study found that the six factors have a significant impact on their willingness of housing security,which is age,monthly income,time to work in Guangzhou,plan to stay in Guangzhou,housing satisfaction,and type of residence. It is recommended that the housing system of renting and housing purchase should be taken as an opportunity to comprehensively consider the willingness of different types of migrant workers in housing needs,and design diversified housing security products,regulate the leasing market,rectify the village in the city,and develop property-based security housing.更多还原
