【摘要】 少突胶质细胞是形成中枢神经系统髓鞘的细胞,有研究表明,少突胶质细胞的细胞骨架在髓鞘的形成过程中发挥了重要作用。少突胶质细胞的独特易损性所导致的髓鞘脱失在某些疾病中具有核心地位。与髓鞘损伤相关的指标有髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、髓鞘相关糖蛋白(MAG)、少突胶质细胞转录因子(OLIG2)等蛋白。与髓鞘损伤所相关的疾病有视神经脊髓炎、多发性硬化、阿尔茨海默病等一些神经退行性病变以及抑郁症。创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)作为神经精神类疾病的一种,近年来其发病机制、治疗及预后受到广大学者的关注,但与之相关的因素仍有待于进一步深入探索与研究。现将从髓鞘形成、髓鞘损伤相关疾病的机制、各个指标在髓鞘损伤所对应的疾病中的具体变化等方面来看髓鞘的形成与损伤对PTSD的发展、恢复的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oligodendrocytes are the cells that form the myelin sheath of the central nervous system.Studies have shown that the cytoskeleton of oligodendrocytes plays an important role in the formation of myelin sheath.Myelin loss due to the unique vulnerability of oligodendrocytes plays a central role in some diseases.Myelin basic protein(MBP),myelin related glycoprotein(MAG),OLIG2 and other proteins are correlated with myelin injury.Myelin injury is associated with diseases such as optic neuromyelitis,multiple sclerosis,alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases,as well as depression.Posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)as a kind of neuropsychiatric diseases,its pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis have attracted the attention of many scholars in recent years,but the related factors still need to be further explored and studied.This paper will look at the effects of myelin formation and injury on the development and recovery of PTSD from the aspects of myelin formation,the mechanism of myelin injury related diseases,and the specific changes of various indicators in the diseases corresponding to myelin injury.更多还原
