保龄球外壳用聚氨酯材料的研制
Preparation of Polyurethane Material for Bowling Shells
【摘要】 采用不同的多异氰酸酯、低聚物多元醇、扩链剂以及助剂等原料,通过一步法制备了一系列室温固化保龄球外壳用聚氨酯材料。讨论了原料种类、平均官能度以及助剂对聚氨酯材料物理性能以及保龄球制备工艺和使用性能的影响。结果表明,选用聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG-250)、聚氧化丙烯醚三醇N-307以及自制扩链剂M为A组分主要原料,液化MDI作为B组分,当A组分平均官能度为2. 6并添加适当助剂时,制备的保龄球外壳透明,可调配不同的花色;抗摔次数≥800次,表面气孔≤5个,基本没有空鼓、开裂以及压痕等现象,成品率高,质量优异。
【Abstract】 A series of special polyurethane materials for bowling shells curing at room temperature were prepared by one-step method with different polyisocyanate,oligomer polyol,chain extender and additives. The effects of various raw materials,average functionality and additives on the physical properties of polyurethane materials as well as the bowling preparation process and performance were discussed. The results showed that the optimal solution was PTMG-250,N-307 and self-made chain extender M as the main raw materials of part A,and liquefied MDI as part B. When the average functionality of part A was 2. 6 and appropriate additives was added,the bowling shell prepared was transparent,and different patterns and colors could be prepared. The number of resistance to falls was greater than 800 times and the number of surface pores were less than or equal to 5. There were basically no cavity,cracks and indentation,etc. The yield was very high and the quality was excellent.
