酯交换合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的动力学研究
Reaction kinetics of synthesized ethylene glyol diacetate by trans-esterification
【摘要】 为了给乙二醇二乙酸酯的工业生产提供动力学支持,文章在间歇反应釜中对乙酸仲丁酯和乙二醇酯交换合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的反应进行研究。筛选出NKC-9阳离子交换树脂为较优催化剂,并考察搅拌转速、催化剂用量、反应温度以及酯醇摩尔比等因素对反应过程的影响,确定较优的实验条件为搅拌转速400 r/min,催化剂用量为乙二醇质量的35%,反应温度382.15 K,酯醇摩尔比为6∶1。建立拟均相动力学模型,通过对367.15—382.15 K的实验数据进行拟合,得到酯交换合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的反应动力学方程,并通过实验与计算值的比较验证,此反应动力学方程合理,可用于模拟计算。
【Abstract】 To provide kinetics data for the industrial production of ethylene glyol diacetate, the trans-esterification reaction kinetics of the synthesis of ethylene glycol diacetate from ethylene glycol and sec-butyl acetate was studied in a batch reactor.NKC-9 cationic-exchange resin catalyst was selected as optimal catalyst, and the influences of speed, the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, ester alcohol mole ratio on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were stirring speed 400 r/min, catalyst dosage 35%(mass fraction)(based on the ethylene glycol),temperature 382.15 K, ester alcohol mole ratio 6 ∶1. The Pseudo-Homogeneous model was established.The kinetics parameters of ethylene glycol diacetate synthesize reaction were measured at 367.15-382.15 K. The calculation data are in better agreement with the experimental data, which shows that the kinetic equations are reasonable and suitable for simulation calculation.
