邻二氯苯异构反应动力学研究

【摘要】 为了给工业中邻二氯苯异构化提供动力学支持,文章研究了以AlCl3与AlCl3·6H2O为催化剂异构邻二氯苯的动力学过程。在消除内外扩散的影响下,考察了转速、催化剂配比及用量、反应温度等因素对邻二氯苯异构的影响,得出实验较优条件为转速300 r/min,催化剂用量为溶液总质量的15%,无水AlCl3与AlCl3·6H2O摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度为160℃时。采用Kd法拟合实验数据,测定了邻二氯苯异构化的动力学参数。通过对比实验值与计算值,该反应动力学方程合理,可用于模拟计算。

【Abstract】 To provide the kinetic support for the isomerization of o-dichlorobenzene in the industry,the reaction kinetics of o-dichlorobenzene in the presence of AlCl3 and AlCl3·6 H2O was studied. Without internal and external diffusion,the influences of speed,the proportion and amount of catalyst and reaction temperature on the conversion of o-dichlorobenzene were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: speed 300 r/min,catalyst dosage 15%( mass fraction),AlCl3 and AlCl3·6 H2O mole ratio 2∶ 1,temperature 160 ℃. The kinetics parameters of o-dichlorobenzene isomerization were measured by fitting the experimental date with Kd method. By comparing the experimental and calculated values,the kinetic equation of this reaction is reasonable and can be used for simulation.
