粉状废活性炭的立式连续化再生炉设计探讨
Design of a vertical continuous regenerative furnace for powdered waste activated carbon
【摘要】 为开发新型高效环保的废粉状活性炭再生设备,选择高铝耐火砖和耐高温、耐腐蚀的310S不锈钢为主要材料,设计一种机械自动匀速进料和出料的立式再生炉。在该再生炉筒体内安装多层交替排列的大小再生盘,在再生盘上安装电加热层用于冷炉的升温启动,在每层再生盘上设置刮料耙叶,以使炭料移动并掉落到下一层再生盘上,实现炭料自上往下的输送。在再生盘上方四周设置环形空气管,并在空气管上均匀开设小孔,使空气均匀喷出,将废炭受热挥发出来的可燃气体助燃以加热其上层再生盘,维持废炭再生所需的温度。设计一种连续进料和出料、热量自给自足的环保型立式再生炉。
【Abstract】 In order to develop a new and efficient waste powdery activated carbon regeneration equipment, a high alumina refractory brick and high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant 310 S stainless steel are selected as the main material. A vertical regenerative furnace with automatic and uniform speed feeding and discharging is designed. The regenerative disc with multi-layers arranged alternately in the regenerated furnace barrel is installed on the regenerative disc. The heating layer is used for the warming up of the cold furnace. The scraper blade is set on the regenerative disc of each layer, so that the carbon material moves and falls on the next regenerative disc to realize the transportation of the carbon material from top to bottom. And the annular air tube is set around the regenerative disc, and the small holes are opened on the air tube, so that the air is evenly sprayed out, and the combustible gas which is heated by the waste carbon is heated to heat the regenerated disc of the upper layer to maintain the regeneration temperature of waste carbon. An environmentally friendly vertical regenerative furnace with continuous feeding and discharging and self heating was designed.
