【摘要】 目的研究小柴胡汤在治疗更年期综合征患者中的应用效果。方法 2017年5月—2018年11月,方便选取84例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号单双数法分为对照组与观察组,各42例,分别采用西药雌醇片治疗以及中药小柴胡汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组患者临床症状治疗有效率76.19%,显著低于观察组97.62%,结果差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.473,P<0.05)。治疗前,对比两组患者生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患者生活质量评分,显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤在治疗更年期综合征患者中的应用效果突出,能够取得显著的治疗效果,且患者的生活质量较高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome. Methods From May 2017 to November 2018, 84 patients with climacteric syndrome were enrolled in the study.According to the admission number and the double number method, 42 patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with western medicine estradiol tablets and traditional Chinese medicine Xiaochaihutang treatment, comparing the treatment effect of two groups of patients.
