【摘要】 目的观察与分析右美托咪定联合曲马多预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的临床效果观察。方法方便选取该院2017年11月—2018年11月收治的70例瑞芬太尼麻醉患者,单双数法随机分为实验组与对照组,各35例。对照组患者采用曲马多预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏,实验组在对照组基础上加用右美托咪定。观察与比较两组患者的麻醉苏醒时间、VAS评分、拔管时间等。结果实验组的麻醉时间、麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间分别为(2.58±0.41)min、(10.84±3.49)min、(7.51±2.40)min,均快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.734、10.941、12.526,P<0.05)。实验组的VAS评分好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定联合曲马多预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的临床效果显著,可以减轻患者的疼痛感,减少患者的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine combined with tramadol in preventing hyperalgesia after remifentanil anesthesia. Methods 70 patients with remifentanil anesthesia admitted to this hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were conveniently selected. The single and double method was randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. In the control group, tramadol was used to prevent hyperalgesia after remifentanil anesthesia. The experimental group was given dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group. The anesthesia recovery time, VAS score, and extubation time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The anesthesia time, anesthesia recovery time and extubation time of the experimental group were(2.58 ±0.41)min,(10.84±3.49)min and(7.51±2.40)min, respectively, which were faster than the control group(t=10.734, 10.941, 12.526,P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The VAS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with tramadol prevents the clinical manifestations of hyperalgesia after remifentanil anesthesia, which can reduce the pain of patients and reduce the adverse reactions of patients.更多还原
