【摘要】 目的探究复杂胫骨平台骨折患者,为其实施单、双侧钢板内固定术干预的价值。方法方便选取2017年2月—2018年8月该院骨科,所收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者60例为对象,对其简单化分组,即实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组行单侧钢板内固定术治疗,实验组行双侧钢板内固定术治疗,分析2组复杂胫骨平台骨折患者治疗的结果。结果实验组复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的总有效率(93.33%)明显较对照组总有效率(66.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.666 7,P=0.010);2组的手术用时、手术出血量、住院时间、术后负重时间、骨折愈合时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的并发症发生率(10.00%)明显较对照组并发症发生率(33.33%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.811 8,P=0.028)。结论复杂胫骨平台骨折患者接受单、双侧钢板内固定术治疗,均可取得一定的价值,其中双侧钢板内固定术的应用,不仅可获得较好的效果,且可对并发症的发生进行控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of intervention for single and bilateral plate internal fixation in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods From February 2017 to August 2018 in the Department of Orthopaedics, the 60 patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures were convenient selected and simplified, namely the experimental group(n=30) and the control group(n=30). The control group was treated with unilateral plate internal fixation, and the experimental group was treated with bilateral plate internal fixation. The results of treatment of 2 groups of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were analyzed. Results The total effective rate(93.33%) of the patients with complex tibial plateau fractures in the experimental group was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group(66.67%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.666 7, P=0.010). There was no statistically significant difference in time, surgical bleeding, length of hospital stay, postoperative weight-bearing time, and fracture healing time(P>0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group(10.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 33.33%) was low, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.811 8, P=0.028). Conclusion Patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures can achieve certain value by single or double plate internal fixation. The application of bilateral plate internal fixation can not only achieve better results, but also can prevent complications.更多还原
