【摘要】 目的评价肛周脓肿一次性根治术的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析沧州市人民医院胃肠外科2013年1月—2016年9月期间收治的275例肛周脓肿一次性根治术患者的临床资料,观察患者术后创面愈合时间、肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、脓肿复发、肛瘘发生情况,随访时间为两年。结果 275例肛周脓肿患者中治愈264例,脓肿复发2例,形成肛瘘9例,治愈率96.00%。创面愈合时间16～39 d,平均愈合时间26 d,无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、肛门畸形等并发症。结论肛周脓肿一次性根治术收到良好的效果,有效地减轻了传统分期手术带给患者的经济及心理负担,同时具有操作简便、易于施行的优势,是临床值得推广应用的术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of one-time radical resection of perianal abscess. Methods The clinical data of 275 patients with one-time radical resection of perianal abscess who were admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of Cangzhou People’s Hospital from January 2013 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The postoperative wound healing time, anal incontinence and anal stenosis were observed. The recurrence of abscess and the occurrence of anal fistula were followed up for 2 years. Results Of the 275 cases with perianal abscess, 264 cases were cured, 2 cases had abscess recurrence, and 9 cases had anal fistula. The cure rate was 96.00%. The healing time of wounds was 16 d to 39 d, and the average healing time was 26 d. There were no complications such as anal incontinence, anal stenosis and anal deformity. Conclusion The one-time radical resection of perianal abscess has achieved good results, effectively reducing the economic and psychological burden of traditional staging surgery, and has the advantages of simple operation and easy implementation.
