【摘要】 目的消化内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的研究。方法便利选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院收治的114例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上行消化内镜治疗。对比两组患者的住院时间、止血时间、脉搏、主动脉动脉压以及治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.74%,对照组为87.72%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.574,P<0.05);观察组止血时间为(3.3±0.4)d,对照组为(5.4±0.6)d,两组差异有统计学意义(t=6.369,P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、治疗后动脉压等指标也优于对照组。结论非静脉曲张性上消化道出血,借助消化内镜治疗可提升总体效果,改善患者体征指标,减少住院时间和止血时间,后续工作中应予以推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding by digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 114 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January2017 to January 2018 were convenient randomly divided into observation group and control group, 57 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received digestive endoscopy treatment on the basis of routine treatment. The hospitalization time, hemostasis time, pulse, aortic pressure and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%, and that of the control group was 87.72%. The difference between the two groups was significant(χ~2=19.574,P<0.05). The hemostasis time of the observation group was(3.3±0.4) d, and that of the control group was(5.4±0.6) d. The difference between the two groups was significant(t=6.369,P<0.05). The hospital stay and arterial pressure in the observation group were also better than those in the control group. Conclusion Non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the overall effect and the patient’s physical indicators, reduce hospital stay and hemostasis time, and should be promoted in the follow-up work.更多还原
