【摘要】 目的应用经食道超声心动图(Transesophageal echocardiography, TEE)测量右心室Tei指数,评价房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect,ASD)患者手术前后右心室功能。方法方便选取2017年1—12月在接受房间隔缺损封堵术治疗的患者40例,经食道超声心动图检查,并在手术前及手术后,通过三尖瓣口及肺动脉瓣上血流频谱,计算右心室Tei指数;测量肺动脉收缩压(pulmonary arterial systolic pressure,sPAP)等参数,进行比较分析。结果手术后,肺动脉收缩压(26.16±6.16)mmHg、右室Tei指数(0.40±0.05)低于术前(37.31±6.35)mmHg、(0.55±0.07),差异有统计学意义(t=9.38、11.68,P<0.05)。回归分析显示右室Tei指数与肺动脉收缩压之间具有显著相关性(术前r=0.654,P<0.05,术后r=0.574,P<0.000 1)。结论经食道超声心动图通过测量右心室Tei指数,可以简便、准确评价右心室功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the right ventricular function of patients with atrial septal defect(ASD) before and after operation by transesophageal echocardiography(TEE). Methods 40 patients with atrial septal defect occlusion in our hospital from January to December 2017 were convenient selected treated with transesophageal echocardiography and blood flow spectrum through the tricuspid valve and pulmonary valve before and after surgery, calculate the right ventricular Tei index;measure the pulmonary arterial systolic pressure(sPAP) and other parameters for comparative analysis. Results After operation, pulmonary systolic pressure(26.16±6.16) mmHg and right ventricular Tei index(0.40±0.05) were lower than preoperative(37.31±6.35) mmHg,(0.55±0.07), and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.38, 11.68,P<0.05). Regression analysis showed a significant correlation between right ventricular Tei index and pulmonary systolic pressure(preoperative r=0.654, P<0.05, postoperative r=0.574, P<0.0001). Conclusion Transesophageal echocardiography can easily and accurately evaluate right ventricular function by measuring the right ventricular Tei index.更多还原
