Nd:YAG激光治疗白内障术后睫状环阻滞性青光眼的效果分析
Effect of Nd:YAG Laser on Ciliary Block Glaucoma after Cataract Surgery
【摘要】 目的研究并观察Nd:YAG激光治疗白内障术后睫状环阻滞性青光眼的效果分析。方法方便选取2015年6月—2018年6月入住该院进行白内障术后睫状环阻滞性青光眼治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,全部均接受Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察并统计治疗前后患者视力、眼压和前房深度变化。结果实行治疗后,患者视力得到明显改善,患者平均视力(0.56±0.18)明显高于治疗前(0.25±0.20),差异有统计学意义(t=8.924,P<0.05);治疗后1 d、3 d、1周、1个月、3个月眼压(16.41±4.02)mmHg、(16.07±3.81)mmHg、(15.07±3.14)mmHg、(15.01±2.48)mmHg、(15.06±2.10)mmHg和前房深度(2.11±0.58)mm、(2.43±0.31)mm、(2.42±0.30)mm、(2.45±0.32)mm、(2.44±0.28)mm均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光治疗白内障术后睫状环阻滞性青光眼的效果显著,能够有效提升患者视力,并且并发症极少,值得临床推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To study and observe the effect of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of ciliary block glaucoma after cataract surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with ciliary ring block glaucoma after cataract surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were convenient selected as the study subjects. All patients received Nd:YAG laser treatment. The changes of visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth before and after treatment were observed and counted. Results After treatment, the visual acuity of the patients was significantly improved. The average visual acuity(0.56±0.18) of the patients was significantly higher than that before treatment(0.25±0.20)(t=8.924, P<0.05). The intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth of the patients in 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment were(16.41 ±4.02) mmHg,(16.07 ±3.81) mmHg,(15.07 ±3.14) mmHg,(15.01 ±2.78) mmHg,(15.06 ±2.10) mmHg and(2.11±0.58) mm,(2.43±0.31) mm,(2.42±0.30) mm,(2.45±0.32) mm,(2.44±0.28) mm, respectively, which were significantly better than those before treatment(P <0.05). Conclusion Nd:YAG laser treatment of ciliary ring block glaucoma after cataract surgery is effective, and can effectively improve the visual acuity of patients, with few complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
