甲钴胺与维生素B12治疗早期脊髓亚急性联合变性的疗效差异分析
Difference Analysis of Curative Effect between Mecobalamin and Vitamin B12 in the Treatment of Early Spinal Cord Subacute Combined Degeneration
【摘要】 目的分析临床对早期脊髓亚急性联合变性患者应用甲钴胺、维生素B12的临床效果差异性。方法随机抽选于2016年6月—2018年2月期间收治的70例早期脊髓亚急性联合变性患者,依照双盲随机法分为两组,研究组(n=35)应用甲钴胺治疗,对照组(n=35)应用维生素B12、维生素B1治疗。评价及比较两组的临床效果、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、维生素B12水平、神经系统损伤程度、不良反应。结果研究组的临床效果(94.29%)高于对照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.104,P=0.000 P<0.05);相比于对照组,研究组的血红蛋白(117.01±15.12)g/L、红细胞计数(3.67±0.54)×1012/L、维生素B12水平(363.05±126.95)ng/L均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的神经系统损伤程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应事件比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用甲钴胺治疗早期脊髓亚急性联合变性患者,能有效改善患者的贫血症状,还能促进神经系统功能损伤恢复,提高患者的生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of clinical application of mecobalamin and vitamin B12 in patients with early spinal cord subacute combined degeneration. Methods Seventy patients with early spinal cord subacute combined degeneration who were admitted between June 2016 and February 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the double-blind randomization method. The study group(n=35) was treated with mecobalamin. The control group(n=35) was treated with vitamin B12 and vitamin B1. The clinical effects, hemoglobin, red blood cell count, vitamin B12 level, degree of nervous system damage, and adverse reactions were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the study group(94.29%) was higher than that of the control group(74.29%),the different was statistically significant(χ2=15.104, P =0.000 P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the study group had hemoglobin(117.01±15.12) g/L, red blood cell count(3.67±0.54)×1012/L, vitamin B12 level(363.05±126.95) ng/L were significantly increased(P<0.05); the degree of nervous system damage in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction events between the two groups,the different was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of mecobalamin in the treatment of patients with early subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord can effectively improve the symptoms of anemia in patients, promote the recovery of nervous system function damage, improve the quality of life of patients, and have high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
