【摘要】 目的观察并探讨高血压脑出血术后患者意识状态和肺部感染发生的关系。方法选取2012年4月—2017年2月期间该院收治的157例高血压脑出血术后发生肺部感染的患者,回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料与治疗结果。结果①24 h内清醒的患者为52例;②2～7 d清醒的患者为63例;③8～14 d清醒的患者为20例;④14 d内没有清醒的昏迷患者为22例;①②③④组患者中发生肺部感染的分别是6例(11.54%)、22例(34.92%)、15例(75.00%)、20例(90.91%)。结论高血压脑出血术后患者清醒越早,其发生肺部感染的比例越小,应尽早消除高血压脑出血患者脑内的原发病灶,术后加强促醒治疗,能预防和减少患者肺部感染的发生,提高患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and explore the relationship between the state of consciousness and the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 157 patients with pulmonary infection after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to February 2017 were convenient selected and retrospectively analyzed for clinical data and treatment outcomes. Results 1.52 patients were awake within 24 hours; 2.63 patients were awake at 2～7 days; 3.20 patients were awake at 8～14 days; 4.The coma patients were 22 patients awake within 14 days; 1,2,3,4 patients with pulmonary infection were 6 cases(11.54%), 22 cases(34.92%), 15 cases(75.00%), 20 cases(90.91%). Conclusion The earlier the patient is awake after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the smaller the proportion of pulmonary infection occurs. The primary lesion in the brain of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage should be eliminated as soon as possible. The postoperative enhancement of wake-up treatment can prevent and reduce patients. The occurrence of pulmonary infection increases the prognosis of patients.更多还原
