【摘要】 目的了解某发电厂1 110名职工血糖、血脂、尿酸水平和异常检出率的情况,为做好该厂疾病预防卫生保健工作提供参考依据。方法整群选取2017年江苏某电厂1 110名职工为研究对象,对其空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸水平按性别和年龄分组进行统计分析。结果男性FBG、TG、UA水平均高于女性(P<0.05),HDL-C水平低于女性(P<0.05)。FBG水平随年龄的增加而升高,血脂水平在50～59岁年龄组达到峰值,随后下降,UA水平在30～39岁年龄组最高。FBG、TG、HDL-C、UA异常检出率均为男性高于女性(P<0.05),50岁以上女性职工的TC、LDL异常检出率增长明显(P<0.05),UA异常在30～39岁男性职工中比例最高。结论该发电厂职工血糖、血脂、尿酸水平和异常检出率与性别、年龄关系密切,应对该厂不同性别、年龄的职工开展有针对性的健康指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid level and abnormal detection rate of 1 110 employees in a power plant, and provide reference for the disease prevention and health care work of the plant. Methods A total of 1 110 workers in a power plant in Jiangsu Province in 2017 were whole selected as the research object. The fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and uric acid levels were statistically analyzed by gender and age. Results The levels of FBG,TG and UA in males were higher than those in females(P<0.05), and the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in females(P<0.05). The level of FBG increased with age, and the level of blood lipids peaked in the 50-59 age group, and then decreased. The UA level was highest in the 30-39 age group. The abnormal detection rates of FBG, TG, HDL-C and UA were higher in males than in females(P<0.05). The abnormal detection rates of TC and LDL in female workers over 50 years old increased significantly(P<0.05), and UA abnormalities of 30-39 years old of male workers was the highest. Conclusion The blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid level and abnormal detection rate of workers in this power plant are closely related to gender and age, targeted health guidance should be carried out for employees of different genders and ages in the plant.更多还原
