【摘要】 目的观察江南牡丹草中苦参碱的抗炎作用。方法采用建造小鼠耳廓炎症、腹腔毛细血管通透性增加的模型,观察苦参碱对小鼠炎症的治疗作用。结果苦参碱高剂量组(100mg/kg)对小鼠炎症病变有明显的抑制作用:对小鼠耳廓炎症的抑制率为43.22%、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加的抑制率为44.58%、与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论苦参碱对小鼠耳廓炎症、腹腔毛细血管通透性增加炎症有一定的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of matrine from Leontice kiangnanensis. Methods To observe the therapeutic effect of matrine on mice inflammation by constructing mice models of ear inflammation and capillary permeability increasing. Results The high dosage(100 mg/kg) of matrine has an significant inhibitory effect on mice inflammation( the inhibitory rate of mice auricle inflammation and capillary permeability increasing of mice were 43.22%,44.58%respectively,compared with model group,P<0.05).
