金属离子对壳聚糖酶生产及活性的影响
Effects of Metal Ions on the Production and Activity of Chitosanase
【摘要】 对不同金属离子对壳聚糖酶生产及活性的影响进行研究。添加不同浓度的Fe2+、Mg2+、Ca2+至壳聚糖酶发酵培养基及壳聚糖酶液中,沉淀法测定酶比活力。试验结果表明:三种金属离子中,Fe2+、Mg2+对壳聚糖酶生产及活性具有明显的促进作用,而高浓度Ca2+对于壳聚糖酶的生产表现出显著的抑制作用。综合试验结果发现,无论是对壳聚糖酶生产还是壳聚糖酶活性,不同种类及浓度的金属离子表现出明显的影响作用,其作用机制有待进一步阐明。
【Abstract】 The influence of metal ions on the production and activity of chitosanase were studied in this paper. Adding different concentrations of Fe2+, Mg2+, Ca2+ to chitosanase fermentation culture medium and Enzymolysis liquid, the activity of chitosanase in each group was measured by precipitation method. The results showed, in three kinds of metal ions, Fe2+,Mg2+ could promote the production and activity of chitosanase. And high concentration of Ca2+ showed significant inhibition to production and activity of chitosanase. Take together, types and concentrations of metal ions had obvious effects on production and activity of chitosanase,the mechanism remains to be clarified.
