【Abstract】 Being the headstream of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important concept "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." and the first prefecture-level pilot demonstration zone for ecological progress nationwide, Huzhou comprehensively enhances ecological civilization construction from legislation, law enforcement, judicature and law-abiding, and it has accumulated unique experience and become famous for being national initiative and industry-leading. The inspirations can be concluded as follows: Pay high attention to the innovation of environmental public interest litigation system, deepen the collaborative ecological governance in the Yangtze river delta, build the mechanism of cross-regional environmental public interest litigation in the Yangtze river delta, improve the cross-functional coordination mechanism between departments and increase public participation and oversight.更多还原
