【摘要】 公共图书馆基层服务还有许多空间可以拓展,特别是以特色分馆的形式存在有着重要的意义,特色图书馆建设在当下有着最好的社会环境和政策环境,特别是《关于推进县级文化馆图书馆总分馆制建设的指导意见》更是明确了实施的目标和路径。近几年来,行业图书馆、专题图书馆、民宿图书馆及转型后的农家书屋,都为特色图书馆的建设提供了丰富的案例和物质基础。在总分馆制政策的指导下,可以通过保持特色求生存、借力发挥求创新、制度保障求持续等开发特色图书馆的作用和维护特色图书馆的长期发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is still plenty of space for grass-roots service in public libraries, especially in the form of special branch library, which is of great significance. The construction of featured library has the best social and policy environments at present. In particular, Guidelines on Promoting the Construction of Main-branch Library System in County-level Cultural Library defines the objectives and paths of implementation. For the past few years, professional library, thematic library, homestay library and rural library after the transformation all provide rich cases and material basis for the construction of featured library.
