丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸Mo-V-Te-Nb-O催化剂的Sb掺杂研究

【摘要】 通过共沉淀法和两段焙烧的方式制备了丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸的Mo1V0.3Te0.23Nb0.12SbxOy催化剂,并通过XRD、XPS、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD等表征手段探讨了Sb元素的引入对催化剂相结构、表面酸碱性、氧化还原性等的影响。实验结果表明,适量Sb元素的掺杂使得催化剂相结构中活性相M1和M2的相对量发生明显变化,催化剂表面酸性降低,氧化能力减弱,催化剂表面Mo6+和V5+物种量减少,提高了丙烯酸的选择性。当Sb/Mo为0.01时,其丙烯酸选择性高达78.6%,得率可达48.5%。

【Abstract】 The Mo1 V0.3 Te0.23 Nb0.12 SbxOy catalysts for the selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid were prepared by coprecipitation followed by two-stage calcination. The effects of Sb doping on the phase structure, surface acidity, and oxidative reducibility of the catalyst were investigated by means of XRD, XPS, H2-TPR and NH3-TPD. The experimental results showed that the content of active phases M1 and M2 in the phase structure of the catalyst was significantly changed by the doping of appropriate Sb elements, and the acidity of the catalyst surface was reduced, the oxidation ability was decreased, the species content of Mo6+and V5+on the catalyst surface was decreased, thus improving the selectivity of acrylic acid. The catalyst containing Sb/Mo(0.01) showed good selectivity of acrylic acid(78.6%) and high yield of acrylic acid(48.5%).
