“体医融合”下我国中小学学校体育的困境和发展
The Predicament and Development of Physical Education in Primary and Middle Schools in China under the Combination of “Sports and Medical Integration”
【摘要】 通过文献资料法对"体医融合"现有概念的梳理,分析"体医融合"下中小学学校体育发展现状及校园健康发展困境,研究得出我国学校体育的健康发展困境:1.体育课中健康要素的缺乏;2.体育教师健康话语权和健康教育能力缺失;3.体育与健康课程难以肩负起青少年身体健康的使命.提出提高体育教师的体育科学素养和学生的健康教育认知水平;加强学校医疗部门和体育部门的合作实现资源共享;对建立"家—校—社区"的"体医融合"生活化路径进行探索,从而加强"体"和"医"的融合,为我国青少年的健康保驾护航.
【Abstract】 Through the literature and data method,the existing concepts of"fusion of sports and medicine"are sorted out,and the current situation of physical education development in primary and secondary schools under the" fusion of sports and medicine"and the dilemma of campus health development are analyzed. The research shows the dilemma of the healthy development of school sports in China are: 1). Physical Education Lacks of health factors;2). Physical education teachers lack of healthy speech rights and health education;3). Physical education and health courses cannot shoulder the mission of adolescents‘physical health. The authors suggest ways to improve the physical education literacy of physical education teachers and the cognitive level of students’ health education,to strengthen the cooperation between the medical department and the sports department of the school to realize resource sharing,and to establish a"home-school-community"lifestyle path of"home-school-community"exploring,thus strengthening the integration of"body"and"medical",and escorting the health of our youth.
