【摘要】 近年高校先后提出了应用转型、新工科等思想与指南。高校也意识到教学需要更加进一步面向社会,面向市场,面向未来。文章讨论了地方高校主动适应区域经济发展,注重遵循教育方针和教育规律,提出了"2+X"模块化结构人才培养改革方案,以建设教学团队,着力建设面向新工科以学生发展为中心的教学资源,大力实施面向应用创新的教学模式改革,探讨了包括产教融合、校企共管、评价方式等教学改革方式与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, colleges and universities have put forward ideas and guidelines on application transformation and new subjects. Colleges and universities also realize that teaching needs to be more social, market-oriented and future-oriented. This paper discusses that local colleges and universities should actively adapt to regional economic development. We pay attention to following the educational policy and law. The paper puts forward the reform plan of "2+X" modular structure personnel training. We will build teaching teams to cultivate leaders, focus on building teaching resources for new subjects, and vigorously implement teaching model reform for application innovation. This paper discusses the teaching reform methods including the integration of production and education, co-management of schools and enterprises, and evaluation methods.更多还原
