氯霉素在石墨烯/碳纳米管复合修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为及测定
The Electrochemical Behavior and Determination of Chloramphenicol in Graphene and Carbon Nanotubes Composite Modified Glassy Carbon Electrodes
【摘要】 采用滴涂法研制了一种新型的、灵敏的测定氯霉素(CAP)的复合修饰玻碳电极(GCE)——石墨烯(GR)/碳纳米管(CNTs)修饰电极(GR/CNTs/GCE)。采用循环伏安法(CV)和方波溶出伏安法(SWSV)研究了CAP的电化学行为。结果表明,在0.1~10μmol/L和10~5 000μmol/L范围内其氧化峰电流(Ipa)与浓度(c:μmol/L)间具有良好的线性关系,回归方程分别为Ipa=12.01c+25.47和Ipa=0.1796c+169.1451,相关系数(R)分别为0.997 8和0.997 6,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.05μmol/L。此法用于实际药物中CAP含量的快速检测,加标回收率为98.7%~101.3%,结果较满意。
【Abstract】 A new and sensitive composite modified glassy carbon electrode(GR/CNTs/GCE) for the determination of chloramphenicol(CAP) was developed by dropping carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and graphene(GR). Electrochemical behavior of CAP was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and square wave stripping voltammetry(SWSV). The results showed that a good linear relationship between oxidation peak current(Ipa: μA) of CAP and its concentration(c: μmol/L) was obtained in the range of 0.1~10 μmol/L and 10~5 000 μmol/L, the regression equation was Ipa =12.01 c+25.47 and Ipa =0.1796 c+169.1451, the correlation coefficients(R) were 0.997 8 and 0.997 6, with the detection limit of 0.05 μmol/L(S/N=3). The method was applied to the quick determination of CAP in acetaminophendrugs. Standard addition rate of return was 98.7 %~101.3 % and the results were satisfactory.
