【摘要】 体育教师污名是当前学校教育和社会发展中的重要而又被忽略的问题。本文对国内外体育教师污名的研究文献进行梳理、归纳、分析。研究结果表明,社会文化、刻板印象、教育体制和媒体、网络是体育教师污名产生的主要原因;体育教师污名对体育教师的职业认同、职业生涯发展、职业倦怠和学生身心健康发展会产生消极影响。可以通过转变社会观念、完善教育体制和加强体育教师队伍建设等措施消除体育教师污名,促进学校体育教育健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The stigma of Physical Education(P.E.) teachers is an important and neglected problem in the current school education and social development. In this paper, the domestic and foreign P.E. teacher stigma research literature is combed, summarized and analyzed. The results show that social culture, stereotype, education system, media and network are the main reasons for the stigma, and the stigma has a negative impact on P.E. teachers’ professional identity, career development, job burnout and students’ physical and mental health development. It can eliminate the stigma of P.E. teachers and promote the healthy development of school P.E. by changing the social concept, improving the education system and strengthening the construction of P.E. teachers更多还原
