全民健身视域下快乐体操对儿童少年身体发展的作用

【摘要】 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、视频分析法等研究方法,在全民健身视域下,从"快乐体操"的背景、概念界定及发展认识出发,通过对儿童少年身体形态发育、身体机能发育以及体能发展的特点进行研究,旨在为"快乐体操"在校园发展提供理论依据。研究认为"快乐体操"对促进儿童少年身体发展起到积极作用,如培养其正确的身体形态,养成良好身体姿势;促进儿童少年体能的全面发展,形成良好身体素质;提升机能水平,促进身心健康发展;提高对疾病的抵抗与预防能力,增进各环境适应性。建议:根据生长发育规律,统筹安排快乐体操的练习内容;掌握体能与机能发育特点,合理安排快乐体操的运动负荷;通过身体的成长规律,加强社会适应能力。

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and video analysis, from the perspective of national fitness, starting from the background, concept definition and development understanding of "Recreational Gymnastics", this paper studies the characteristics of children’s and adolescents’ physical shape development, physical function development and physical development, which aims to provide theoretical basis for the development of it on campus. It is believed that "Recreational Gymnastics" plays a positive role in promoting the physical development of children and adolescents, such as cultivating their correct body shape and forming good posture, promoting the overall development of physical fitness of children and adolescents and forming good physical quality, improving functional level and promoting the healthy development of body and mind, and improving the ability to resist and prevent diseases and enhancing the adaptability of various environments. The suggestion is to arrange the content of happy gymnastics exercises in accordance with the law of growth and development, to master the characteristics of physical and functional development, to arrange the exercise load of happy gymnastics reasonably, and to strengthen the social adaptability through the law of body growth.
