【摘要】 目的观察两年降压治疗对原发性高血压病患者血压、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和尿8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)浓度季节性变异的影响。方法服用肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂(RASI)为基础治疗药物者28例为A组,服用单一钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)者26例为B组,均在春夏秋冬四季来院进行血压测量、晨起空腹采血和无菌尿液收集。采用ELISA试剂盒检测血清IL-6、TNF-α和尿液中8-OHdG浓度。结果长期抗高血压治疗后A、B两组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清炎性因子IL-6,TNF-α浓度和氧化应激生物标记物8-OHdG浓度冬季明显高于春夏秋季(P<0.05)。A、B两组在不同季节血压、血清IL-6、TNF-α、尿8-OHdG浓度均比上一年降低(P<0.05),A组血清IL-6、TNF-α、尿8-OHdG浓度变化比B组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论长期抗高血压治疗后,未改变其冬季较高的促炎因子水平及氧化应激水平,服用RASI为基础治疗药物能更好地降低促炎因子水平及氧化应激水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of two years treatment on seasonal variability of blood pressure, serum IL-6, TNF-α and urinary 8-OHdG. Methods Hypertention patients were divided into group A and B, there were 28 cases which took RASI in group A, and there were 26 cases which took CCB in group B. All patients were measured blood pressure and collected blood and urine in the four seasons. Serum IL-6, TNF-α and urinary 8-OHdG concentration were tested by ELISA. Results After long-term treatment, SBP and DBP of group A and group B in winter were higher than other seasons(P<0.05). The concent ration of serum IL-6, TNF-α and urinary 8-OHdG in both group were significantly higher in winter than in other seasons(P<0.05). Blood pressure, concent ration of serum IL-6, TNF-α and urinary 8-OHdG in group A and group B were lower than those of the same season in the first year(P<0.05). The concent ration of serum IL-6, TNF-α and urinary 8-OHdG in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term treatment does not change higher level of pro-inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress. In addition,taking RASI as a base therapy can be better to reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress.更多还原
