中老年人群血浆同型半胱氨酸影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的探究大庆地区中老年人群血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的分布特征以及高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)的相关危险因素。方法以668名大庆市在职及退休职工作为研究对象,根据血浆Hcy的水平将其分为高Hcy组(>15μmol/L)和正常Hcy组(≤15μmol/L)。结果血浆Hcy水平的范围为3.48~150.6μmol/L,中位数为10.34μmol/L,其中Hcy正常组468人,Hcy升高组200人。Logistic回归分析发现Hcy水平与性别、吃牛羊肉、血浆总蛋白水平、是否饮白酒有关。结论大庆地区中老年人群合理控制动物蛋白的摄入、控制白酒摄入量,可以预防高同型半胱氨酸血症。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels in the middle-aged and elderly population in Daqing and the risk factors associated with hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhcy). Methods A total of 668 active and retired employees in Daqing City were chosen as the research object, they were divided into high Hcy group(>15 μmol/L) and control group(≤15 μmol/L) according to plasma Hcy level. Results The plasma Hcy level ranged from 3.48 to 150.6 μmol/L, with a median of 10.34 μmol/L, and the number of participants with normal level of serum Hcy were 468 and hyperhomocysteinemia were 200. Logistic regression analysis found that Hcy levels were related to gender, whether eating beef and mutton, total plasma protein levels, and whether drinking white wine. Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly people in Daqing area should control animal protein and Chinese spirits intake reasonably to keep away from hyperhomocysteinemia.
