【摘要】 目的观察超声清创机联合普朗特Prontosan~?液体伤口敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将96例糖尿病足患者溃疡Wagner分级≤3级的患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(A组)20例(采用传统清创术),超声清创机组(B组)30例(采用超声清创机),联合治疗组(C组)30例(采用超声清创机清创联合普朗特Prontosan~?液体敷料)和普朗特治疗组(D组)16例(采用普朗特Prontosan~?液体敷料)。治疗15天后,观察各组患者治疗效果、溃疡愈合率情况。结果 B组、C组、D组溃疡愈合率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗15日后B组、C组、D组患者的SAD均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声清创机联合普朗特Prontosan~?液体敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡的溃疡愈合率明显升高,临床效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of treating diabetic foot ulcer with ultrasonic debridement machine combined with Prontosan~? liquid wound dressing. Methods A total of 96 hospitalized type 2 diabetes patients(ulcer Wagner classification≤3) were randomly divided into control group 20 cases(group A, adopting traditional debridement), ultrasonic debridement machine group 30 cases(group B, adopting ultrasonic debridement machine), combination therapy group 30 cases(group C, adopting ultrasonic debridement machine combined with Prontosan~? liquid wound dressing) and Prontosan~? treatment group 16 cases(group D, adopting Prontosan~? liquid wound dressing). After 15 days of treatment, the therapeutic effect and ulcer healing rate of each group were observed. Results Ulcer healing rates in group B, group C and group D were higher than those in group A, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After 15 days of treatment, SAD in group B, group C and group D was lower than that in group A, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The healing rate of diabetic foot ulcer treated by ultrasonic debridement machine combined with Prontosan~? liquid dressing is obviously increased, and the clinical effect is good.更多还原
