【摘要】 目的了解慢性肾功不全患者中抗菌药物剂量使用情况,为临床药师进行肾功不全患者处方前置干预的必要性提供依据。方法通过对我院160名医师进行问卷调查,了解我院医师对肾功不全患者应用抗菌药物剂量调整的知晓情况。筛选2018年7月～12月245例慢性肾功不全住院患者应用抗菌药物的数据,临床药师进行回顾性分析其使用抗菌药物剂量的合理性。结果分析结果显示,我院有75.6%的医师对肾功不全患者应用抗菌药物剂量调整不甚了解,我院慢性肾功不全住院患者应用抗菌药物剂量不合格率达43.7%。结论临床药师对慢性肾功不全患者应用抗菌药物进行干预是十分必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the dosage of antibiotics in patients with chronic rental insufficiency and to provide necessary evidence for prescription pre-review. Methods Questionnaires were given to 160 doctors to know their awareness of antibiotic dosage adjustment. The data of antibiotics usage in 245 patients with chronic rental insufficiency from July to December in 2018 were collected and the rationality of drug use by clinical pharmacist was retrospectively analyzed. Results The data showed that about 75.6% of the doctors didn’t know how to adjust antibiotic dosage in chronic rental insufficiency patients and the rate of irrational use of antibiotics in patients with chronic rental insufficiency was 43.7%. Conclusion It is necessary to take measures to insure the safety of antibiotics usage in patients with chronic rental insufficiency by clinical pharmacist.更多还原
