硫化学发光气相色谱法在气体分析中应用研究
Application of sulfur chemiluminescence gas chromatography in gas analysis
【摘要】 本文建立了硫化学发光气相色谱仪测定气体中痕量硫化物的分析方法。通过对不同材质管线的考察,优化了该方法的进样系统。对氮中12组分含硫化合物气体标准物质在硫化学发光检测器上响应开展了研究,验证了硫化学发光检测器等摩尔响应的特性,计算得出各含硫化合物的响应因子,建立硫化学发光气相色谱法的校正因子,并对其机理进行了简单探讨。实验研究了硫化学发光气相色谱法的线性及检出限,结果表明该方法线性良好,方法检出限低至0.03μmol·mol-1。该方法相比于其他测定硫化物方法,具有检出限更低,线性范围更宽,等摩尔响应等特性。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of trace sulfides in gases by sulfur chemiluminescence gas chromatography has been developed.The sampling system of this method was optimized by investigating the pipelines of different materials.Through studying the response of 12 components of sulfides gas reference material in nitrogen and calculating the response factors on sulfur chemiluminescence detector,the equimolar response characteristics of sulfur chemiluminescence gas chromatography were verified.The correction factor method of sulfur chemiluminescence gas chromatography was established and its mechanism was discussed briefly.The linear calibration curve and limit of detection were studied in the experiment,which the linearity was good and the limit of detection was as low as 0.03 μmol·mol-1.Compared with other methods,this method has many superior features such as lower detection limit,wider linear range andequimolarresponse.
