水环境中微纳米气泡对黄菖蒲促长研究
Study on growth of yellow iris by micro and nano bubbles in aquatic ecological engineering
【摘要】 探究微纳米气泡水对黄菖蒲生长发育的影响.发现微纳米气泡拥有水体存活时间长、含氧量高、比表面大、爆破时产生微小电位差等特点对植物有优异的促生长作用.选用微纳米气泡水培育的黄菖蒲幼苗为实验组,普通自来水培育的幼苗作为对比,通过测定实验组与对照组黄菖蒲植物的植株基本指标:根长分布、叶绿素含量、相对电导率以及超氧阴离子产生速率,对比含氧微纳米气泡水与普通水培育条件下黄菖蒲几项指标,实验组植物均优于对照组,充氧微纳米气泡水有利于黄菖蒲生长.因此微纳米气泡与黄菖蒲协同作用在水治理方面的应用具有进一步研究的意义.
【Abstract】 This paper explored the influence of micro-nano-bubble water on the growth and development of yellow iris. Seedlings of yellow iris buds cultivated in micro-nano-bubble waters were used as the experimental group, and those cultivated in ordinary tap water were used as controls. By measuring the basic indicators(lateral root number, root hair distribution, length of root length), chlorophyll content, dry-to-fresh ratio, relative electrical conductivity, and superoxide anion production rate of the experimental plants and control plants, comparing the germination and growth of Yellow iris under the conditions of oxygenated micro-nano-bubble water and ordinary tap water. Compared with the blank group, the indicators of experimental group of yellow iris, such as the germination rate, germination potential, growth, chlorophyll content, etc. are higher than the blank group. It can be seen that oxygenated micro-nano-bubble water is beneficial to the seed germination and leaf growth of Yellow iris, and has a significant promotion effect on the growth and development of yellow iris. Therefore, the micro-nano-bubble water has positive significance for the growth and development of the yellow iris.
