氟硅酸钠生产工艺技术改造

【摘要】 进行了由硫酸钠法氟盐生产工艺取代氯化钠法的技术升级改造,产生的含硫、氟废液用于湿法磷酸装置,实现了资源回收利用,缩短了生产工艺流程。比较了两种工艺及原料氟硅酸和氯化钠或硫酸钠过量条件下的原料单耗、产品收率等主要指标。结果表明,与氯化钠法相比,硫酸钠法工艺生产的产品由质量分数为98.5%提高到质量分数为98.8%,游离盐酸由质量分数为0.26%降低到质量分数为0.25%,干燥失重由质量分数为6.59%降低到质量分数为5.66%。采用氟硅酸过量的方法可进一步降低生产成本,每吨产品的硫酸钠生产消耗由0.98 t降低到0.86 t。

【Abstract】 The technical upgrading through the replacement of the sodium chloride method with the sodium sulphate method for fluoride salt production process was carried out, the generated waste liquid containing sulfur and fluorine was used in the wet-process phosphoric acid device so as to realize resource recycling and shorten the production process flow. Both processes were compared, as well as the main indicators such as raw material consumption per unit, product yield under the conditions of excess of fluorosilicic acid, sodium chloride or sodium sulphate. The results showed that in comparison with the sodium chloride method, the mass fraction of the product produced by the sodium sulfate method increased from 98.5% to 98.8%, the free hydrochloric acid was reduced from 0.26% to 0.25%, and the loss on drying was reduced from 6.59% to 5.66%. The use of the excess fluorosilicic acid can further reduce the production costs, and the sodium sulphate consumption per ton of product was reduced from 0.98 to 0.86 t.
