基于Logistic函数对厌氧发酵工艺的计量分析
Metrology Analysis of Anaerobic Fermentation Process based on Logistic Function
【摘要】 研究了以秸秆和牛粪为主要原料的厌氧发酵系统。首先,利用Logistic模型拟合厌氧发酵工艺过程,获得典型甲烷产气量曲线。然后,根据厌氧发酵实验数据,预测了厌氧发酵工艺过程结束时间。最后,给出了甲烷产气量的置信区间,并检验了厌氧发酵工艺过程的稳定性。
【Abstract】 The anaerobic fermentation system is aimed at straw and cow dung as the main raw materials. Firstly, the model is used to fit the anaerobic fermentation process to obtain the typical methane gas yield curve. Then, according to the experimental data of anaerobic fermentation, the end time of anaerobic fermentation process was predicted. Finally, the confidence interval of methane production volume is given, and the stability of anaerobic fermentation process is tested.
