【摘要】 羟基乙叉二磷酸是性能优良的水质稳定剂,传统产品大多为液体产品,本文采用以PCl3和HAc为原料,在温和条件下反应并直接通过水蒸汽蒸馏一步制备高纯度结晶态羟基乙叉二磷酸产品,小试的最佳操作条件为物料配比1∶2(mol),反应温度80℃,PCl3加料时间为40min。在最佳实验条件下,产品纯度≥99.00%,产品收率≥95%。更多还原

【Abstract】 HEDP is a water quality stabilizer with excellent performance. Most of the traditional products are liquid products. In this paper, high purity crystalline hydroxyethylene diphosphate was prepared by reaction of PCl₃ and glacial acetic acid under mild conditions and direct steam distillation in one step. The optimum operating conditions for small-scale test are material ratio 1∶2（mol）, reaction temperature 80 C and phosphorus trichloride. Feeding time is 40 minutes. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the purity of the product is more than 99.00%,and the yield of the product is more than 95%.更多还原
