微/纳米ZnO的制备及光催化性能研究

【摘要】 以二水合醋酸锌[Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O]和NaOH为原料,采用水热合成法,制备微/纳米ZnO粉。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行表征。结果证明:ZnO粉体为微/纳米棒状、花状、球状氧化锌粉;并且为六方晶系纤锌矿结构。配制甲基橙稀溶液,选取微/纳米ZnO粉为光降解催化剂,在500W紫外光照射下,研究其光催化降解性能。结果证明:微/纳米棒状ZnO粉体比花状、球状微/纳米ZnO粉具有更高的催化活性。棒状、花状、球状微/纳米ZnO粉90min脱色率分别达到98.16%、58.90%和44.02%;而在270min脱色率分别达到99.74%、98.16%和94.69%。

【Abstract】 By hydrothermal method, the micro/nano ZnO powders using zinc acetatedihydrate [Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O]and sodium hydroxideis synthesized. The ZnO powders were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD). Results showed that: the morphology of ZnO powders were nanorods, nanoflowers and nanospheres. The ZnO powders displayed a hexagonal wurtzite structure.For the prepared dilute solutions of methyl orange(MO), the photocatalytic degradation performances of the micro/nano ZnO powders were studied as photodegradation catalysts. The photocatalytic degradation experiments were carried out in 500 W UV light.It show sthat the ZnO nanorods do possess much higher photocatalytic activity than other nanoflowers, nanospheres. It also showed that: after 90 min, the methyl orange(MO) nanorods,nanoflowers and nanospheres solutions reached98.16%, 58.90% and 44.02% degradation respectively.After being lighted 270 min, the methyl orange(MO)nanorods,nanoflowers and nanospheres solutions reached 99.74%,98.16% and94.02% degradation respectively.
