新型稀土农用转光剂(Eu,Gd)(C15H11O2)3Phen的合成及性质

【摘要】 以Eu3+为中心发光离子,Gd3+为敏化离子,二苯甲酰甲烷(DBM)为主配体,1,10-邻菲罗啉(Phen)为第二配体,合成了系列(Eu, Gd)(C15H11O2)3Phen转光剂。实验表明:在Eu(DBM)3Phen中以共沉淀方式掺杂Gd3+敏化离子后形成的(Eu0.5Gd0.5)(DBM)3Phen转光材料,其相对发光强度提高1.90倍,产品成本降低26%,热稳定性也优于Eu(DBM)3Phen,是一种具有实用价值的稀土农用有机转光剂。

【Abstract】 A series of light conversion agent(Eu, Gd)(C15 H11 O2)3 Phen of dibenzoylmethane(DBM)and 1-10-phenanthroline(Phen)with different molar ratios of Eu3+to Gd3+were synthesized in absolute ethanol. The results of experiment show that light conversion agent(Eu0.5 Gd0.5)(DBM)3 Phen was synthesized by co-precipitation method doped Gd3+sensitizing ions in Eu(DBM)3 Phen. Its relative luminous intensity improve 1.9 times and the cost was dropped by 26%, The thermal stability of the(Eu0.5 Gd0.5)(DBM)3 Phen is better than that of Eu(DBM)3 Phen too. It is a new rare earth agricultural light conversion agents of practical value.
